Service description

On-Ground.ai is an AI Store Assistant and SaaS platform. It provides tools for in-store conversation intelligence, SOP execution, intent capture, and operational insights.

Not a surveillance system

On-Ground.ai is not intended to be used for unlawful surveillance. Customer consent requirements and client configuration govern any conversation analysis.

Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for lawful business operations.
  • Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
  • Do not upload malicious content or misuse the service.

Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid under contract. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice, unless otherwise agreed in the commercial terms.

Governing law

India; disputes via arbitration in Bangalore, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
